LHB & Associates is a group of talented individuals with a goal to serve our clients needs and make your project a reality. The company was incorporated in 2006 as an architectural and engineering firm for the development of commercial and residential projects.
Based in San Luis Obispo, California, our service area expands to your geographical needs. Project locations have ranged north to south from Redding to San Diego, CA and east to west from Reno, NV to the Pacific Ocean. Project design experience includes banks, boat sales and retail facilities, parking structures, large commercial centers & office buildings, grocery store remodels, new and reimaged retail fuel centers, hotels, casinos, mini-storage facilities and more. Building design applications include concrete tilt-up wall panels, CMU, conventional wood and steel framed structures. Repeat clients and word of mouth advertising have been the backbone of our success and we appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your desire to work with us.

LHB is a professional corporation engaged in engineering, planning, and architectural design activities. As professionals, we are facilitators and team leaders of people and with an equal emphasis, environmental design. Just as we have a perspective on the pivotal importance of how we gather as groups to accomplish various projects, we also naturally have a perspective on the sometimes subtle, but nevertheless vital, role that our design work plays in the evolving life of our communities. Our combined education, continued training, and growing experience have made us aware of the intricacies of doing environmental design work. Tapping into the capabilities and ideas we represent is fundamentalto the hiring of an engineering, planning, and architectural design firm. Thus, LHB is dedicated to pursuing design as an activity consistently in balance with, and finding opportunities in, the parameters of schedule and budget.
